Liban Fonderies is a foundry which produces a variety of ferrous and non ferrous alloys and castings such as:

Our ranges of product are made to the most diverse applications:

Castings for roads are manufactured according to the EN 124: 1994.
Production machines and equipement.
It includes 7 furnances for the different kinds of casting alloys and all other related machines and equipment for sand regenerating, shot blasting, molding, jolt high pressure squeeze, etc… as well as a mechanical workshop.
We point that our "rotary furnace" utilized for the production of Ductile Iron – GJS – and other alloys operates with a process of AIR LIQUIDE, considered to be one of the most advanced technology in this field and the only one existing in the Middle Eastern foundries.
Patterns and masters collection.
Our company stores over 5000 patterns and masters.
Quality Control.
Each casting alloy is subject to a thermic analysis performed by our analyser ( OCC – Germany ) to assure the compliance of our products with the international standards.
Load testings for the road castings and for some other products are made by reputable certified bodies
